Global Storms' IT helpdesk computer support services are available to all clients. Clients with issues can call our helpdesk and speak to an engineer 7/24. Issues will be resolved over the phone if possible or via remote support tools that allows us to take control of desktops remotely and resolve the issue as if we are there.
