Global Storm IT Corporation is hiring a Sales Representative. In this position, you'll identify and cultivate new prospects from relationships built with existing clients, as well as direct prospecting efforts. In addition, you will cross-sell solutions to existing clients and effectively close sales, with the support of exceptional sales training and the rewards of advancement opportunities, compensation, and benefits. You will work closely with our Inside Sales Team to ensure quotes and proposals are completed and delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Connect customers' business needs with Global Storm products and services

  • Cross-sell other Global Storm solutions to existing clients

  • Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects

  • Mine existing clients for referral business

  • Reach or exceed assigned sales goals

  • Implement sales strategies

  • Build network in person and via phone with key decision makers in a designated territory

  • Qualifications Required (Mandatory):

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of sales or marketing.

  • Minimum 2 year’s work experience.

  • Valid driver’s license – usable within NT.

  • Bondable – must get current Criminal Records Check.

  • Knowledge of IT hardware and software used by business sufficient to understand role and use.

Work Conditions

  • Sitting for extended periods of time.

  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate various computer equipment and tools.Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers, peripherals, and UPSs.

  • Travel; including to remote areas and small communities with limited facilities.
